1. Intended uses 

The safety lancet for single use is mainly used for clinical periphery blood sampling.

3. Product Application 

The sterile safety lancets mainly used to collect blood samples for hospital clinic test. They can lighten the sufferers’ keenly feel, and have no crossed contamination. They are the first-rank products for hospital clinic test. It can be used directly without lancing device, which is more safe and convenient.

4. Using Method: 

1. Open the package

2. Twist off and remove the protective cap from the lancet. 

3. Press the lancet against the puncture site to active the device. 

4. Discard the used lancet into a sharps container. 

5. Gently press near puncture site to obtain required blood volume. 

5. Cautions: 

1) The product is sterile, for single use ;
2) It should not be used when the cap falls down from the handle.
3) The used products should be burned or disfigured in line with regulations on handling of medical waste. 

6. Precautions: 

1) The product is disposable, sterile and without pyrogen. For single use only ;

2) The product should not be used when the protective cap has been previously removed from lancet.

3) Before use, for safety purpose, read in detail the instructions for use of the product to know about its usage and functions.

4) The used products should be burned or disfigured in line with regulations on handling of medical waste.

5) The product is sterilized with Co-60γ-ray sterilization. Its shelf life is 5 years, so use it within the period of validity.

8. Storage Condition: Store in a dry, ventilated, clean environment, the optimal storage temperature is between 10℃to 30℃, and the maximum storage temperature range is from -20℃to 60℃.

9.Manufacturing date: shows on packages. 

10.Expiry date: Five years
