- Extensive range of needle diameter and length suitable for all types of patients. Nowadays, iCare Medial has introduced a ultra fine diameter 33G and shortest (4mm) products successfully.

1.Specification: 0.23mm 0.25mm, 0.3mm, 0.33mm, 0.36mm, 0.4mm, 0 45mm.

3.Product Properties: Physical, chemical and biological properties conform to requirements of standard YZB/G5891-2013<Disposable Insulin Pen Needle>. 


4.Product Structure: (as below picture shows) This product is mainly consists of hub, Needle hub protector, Hermetic paper, Needle point Protector and Cannula. 


         1-Hub; 2-Needle hub protector; 3- Hermetic paper; 4- Needle point protector; 5- Cannula 

5.    Product Application: It is clinically used with insulin pen for insulin injection. 


6.    Using Method:


1). Check if the single package is damaged and the cover is off


2). Open the hermetic paper on the needle hub protector, put the terminal end of cannula into the insulin pen joint, rotate the needle hub onto the screw joint of the insulin pen. 


3).Take off the needle hub protector and needle point protector, release air from cannula and take injection. 

7.    Description of contraindications, notices, warnings and instructions: 

1). The product is sterilized by EO, Non Toxic and Pyrogen-free. This product is only for single use, destroy it after using.


2). Use it promptly once open single package. Prohibit to use if single package is broken or protector fell off.

3). The product should not be stored in places with high temperature, humidity and direct sun;

4). Before use, for safety purpose, read in detail the instructions for use of the product to know about its usage and functions. 

8. Compatibility: 

These for single use sterile insulin pen needles are compatibility with the follow insulin pen. 

9. Storage Condition: Store in a dry, ventilated, clean environment, the optimal storage temperature is between 10℃to 30℃, and the maximum storage temperature range is from -20℃to 60℃.
